How does one make peace with life's more difficult emotions?

I don't know, but this seems to be my journey present moment.

Commiting to complete sobriety in June.... ooph.

Reflections on week four of the new job. 

Week two of my journey at the new job has been about leaning into patience.... of myself.

Slowing down and being OK with not knowing... allowing myself time, space, ease and grace to get to know the company culture and ways of working a bit more.

I haven't worked in a work environment that really allows space and honors people's feelings and emotions before, it's an incredibly beautiful thing to be a part of, but also asks for a shift in my state of being and operating.

I'm being asked to slow down, trust, and BE... which is an adjustment for the impatient, incessant do-ing nature of me....  

Sharing what week one of Sounds True has been for me, a combination of gratitude and fear (the fear part I wasn't anticipating), but I did want to take a second to document my journey in its entirety.

Grateful for the start though even if I'm still navigating through the integration.

This week we began to write our story, focusing in on

 The Power of Creativity

 The Power of the Pause

 The Power of Gratitude

And of course, some Rest & Reflection.
