In this episode, I go in-depth with each step! Visualizing your goals is a powerful tool that helps you familiarise yourself with the reality you want to manifest. From visualizing a moment to saying Dejavu - tune in to hear how it changed my life!
Let me introduce you to a whole new way of making money! Imagine making money off of the information you hold in your brain if you're like me and you want that 6 figure lifestyle then you don't want to skip this one!
What did I invest in? Programs that cost from £3K and programs that cost me £5K. The first program I invested in was an online course about crushing your comfort zone, which completely changed my life! This opened me up to a world I didn't even know existed, a world where you can sell information. A world that I live in now :) If you want to know how you can do the same send me a screenshot of this episode!
My whole life, I chose to do it the hard way! You can force your way to your goal only to get to it and then think to yourself, what’s next! Don’t get me wrong this works but one thing that is always missing - inner peace! No matter how much you get done, it’s never enough! What’s worse is that even after you manage to force yourself to do something, you end up having to constantly force yourself to keep going like your swimming against the stream! As you know about The Law of Attraction, there is an easier way - manifesting from the inside out! 👀✨Remember everything is a matter of energy, as above so below, as within so without! The more I went deeper the more I understood that feeling around money that came up, a lot of memories of my parents fighting. As a child, I thought to myself this is what money does to people. These memories and those feelings can still live on within each one of us. So every time I go towards money, consciously I’m being positive BUT within me those memories, the emotions still live on! So how do you manifest from the inside out? Listen to the whole episode!
In this episode, I breakdown how you must be constantly willing to let go of your beliefs about what is possible. The process isn't about making new beliefs of what is possible but to LET GO of what you thought was possible. 'What you think you know, is in your way!' From my experience, once you overcome one belief, it just keeps going. The journey never ends! Achieving those big goals only helps you to realize that it is simply You VS You!
This episode is one of the most realist episodes I have made for you guys! If you want to get a complete insight on how all of this started for me, then this one is for you!
Throughout my whole life, I suffered from physical insecurities. No matter how many things I managed to fix about the way I look, that feeling of never being good enough was always there! It just went from one thing to another, so changing the external world won't change your internal world, to truly step into who you want to be you must realize - people will feel you before they see you!
In this episode, Zoe and I share our thoughts and experiences around speaking what we want into existence! Remember guys, the more you choose to dream the more dreamlike your life will become!
In this episode, I break down the 3 steps that helped me manifest the life that I am living now. From focusing on the process and taking small steps as often as you can and not expecting anything in return from it. This whole process is to help you understand that real change that takes place is the journey, not the goal itself! As you become a match to more of what you want, it simply manifests almost effortlessly!
Rowan Garlow is one of those souls you simply won't forget! She is a Completion Process Practitioner and a Parts work facilitator. Rowan is extremely passionate about helping others and herself to heal from trauma! She holds monthly workshops, which I totally recommend! Also if you want to work with her 1-1, be ready for some major shifts! All you got to do is show up! “I am truly passionate about spreading this knowledge, so people become empowered in their lives and begin to trust themselves again. Most of us don’t trust ourselves, because we have spent our whole lives abandoning ourselves, and our pain. We do this in favor of wanting to escape it, in an attempt to feel better. But, we don’t end up feeling better, because it’s never going to feel good, having conditional presence for ourselves.” - Rowan Garlow Instagram & Facebook - @RowanGarlow YouTube - Rowan Garlow Website - rowangarlow.com
