Questions: Are you always transparent with yourself and others? Why do you hold back secrets or certain things? 

My answer: No, I am not always transparent. I choose to hold things in because I don’t know how others will take it and as a man I don’t want to feel weak. This is something I am working on. I must say my journey of being more transparent has made me a better and stronger person. Having pep talks with myself, along with being real, open, and honest allows me to be more comfortable and confident within. Also, my conversations with family and friends are much closer. Yes, I show vulnerably and overall, I’m maturing. Being transparent is tough, but it is necessary. Exposing secrets opens the door for healing because secrets are silent killers. We are all humans and we are not perfect. Being transparent helps us all.

Wisdom is acquired through experiences, which you gain knowledge and understanding, allowing you to exercise good judgment. Learn from your poor decisions you’ve made in the past, also from other people’s mistakes so you don’t have to experience what they went through. You can’t afford to keep making the same bad choices. Focus today on being wise.

Everyday is not always going to be peachy or smooth as butter. That’s why we have to be prepared for any obstacle we face. God has equipped us with everything we need to progress in life, so put on the full armor of God and be triumphant!

The Armor of God Ephesians 6:10-18

10Finally, be strong in the LORD and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the LORD's people.

Tough times don't last, but tough people do. You are a tough person. You have the full Armor of God. Exercise your authority through Christ Jesus.  You will experience victory. Walk by faith and not by sight! Received this words through faith, amen.

If you’re not getting better everyday than basically you are repeating the same day. Take account for your progress. Can you see a difference in yourself from yesterday, last week, last month, or last year? Know that the little things you do daily that seem insignificant will make a huge difference over a period of time! Whatever it may be from having expectations to writing your goals start to measure your results. Have a measurable Monday.

We all get distracted by many things; reading emails or surfing the web endlessly, useless time scrolling through social media, pointless conversations with people about gossip and complaining, watching all that junk on tv, and the list goes on. Because we lack focus we are not being as productive as we can be. Imagine having clarity of knowing who you are and your purpose here on earth, having a vision written down for your life, this would help you tremendously with how you manage your time.
