Episode 49 - Ben & Tom celebrate their one year anniversary of the podcast. During the retrospective, they examine how the show has evolved but still has remained an educational (but entertaining) show for advanced practitioners. They look back at some of their more memorable and infamous episodes as well as read some emails and play some audios from past guests and listeners. Tom then turns the tables on Ben and decides to end the show with their own 5 Questions session.

In this special episode, Ben & Tom welcome Joshua Strickland to the show to discuss how going viral for a nurse may not be the best thing. Josh was doxxed by someone on social media and ultimately fired from his position because of it.

We originally heard the story on ZDoggMD and Josh was gracious enough to join us for this episode in his own words. We also discuss some tips to prevent you getting doxxed and nurse lateral violence as well as verbal abuse and moral injury from patients.

We switched the music up this week because not only is Josh a military veteran, registered nurse, but he's also a musician with his band, The Bayou Bandits. So enjoy some music for Josh and his band.
