Trauma responses are very real and everyone has a different type of reaction. Please know in this episode it is how I deal in my responses and how I’m currently trying to change and react in a better to situations and I hope it helps you in some way.

Trust and trauma go hand in hand. Remember to talk about past tragedies with partners to help heal and be there for the person who went through some crazy life experiences. Help cope in you're lives you share together.
