JusticeTrek

Merry Christmas everyone!  Please join Ted and Charlotte Kilvington as we celebrate the season with 1979's DC Special Series #21, Super Star Holiday Special!  This unique issue featured five original stories starring Jonah Hex, Batman, the House of Mystery, Sgt. Rock, and Superboy & the Legion of Super-Heroes!  With art by Dick Ayers, Romeo Tanghal, Jose Luis Garcia Lopez, and the very first Batman story ever drawn by Frank Miller!  Written by Michael Fleisher, Denny O'Neil, Bob Rozakis, Robert Kanigher, and Paul Levitz!  And a Happy New Year!

Join Charlotte and Ted KILL-vington as they discuss the award-winning 1972 made-for-television horror film "Gargoyles" starring Cornel Wilde, Jennifer Salt, Grayson Hall, and Scott Glenn.  This film gave four-year-old Ted nightmares for years, so let's see if he piddles his britches!

This time around we cover all six issues of 2017's Justice League/Power Rangers team-up series!  And since Ted knows nothing about the Power Rangers, he brought in Matt Henderson, Mike Wellman, Alex Heady, and Alice Kilvington to bring their perspectives on the event!

Plus "The Origin of the Justice League" from 1961's Justice League of America #9!

The KILL-vingtons are back to discuss Roger Corman's 1980 film "Humanoids from the Deep", starring Anthony Pena, Ann Turkel, the decapitated Vic Morrow, and Doug McClure.  You may remember Doug McClure from such films as "The House Where Evil Dwells" & "Warlords of the Deep".

This time we feature FOUR fabulous stories:

“Heart of a Bastich” from 2017’s Justice League of America #s 5 & 6!

Adam Strange meets the JLA for the first time as they face off against Kanjar Ro in “The Planet Who Came to a Standstill” from 1962’s Mystery in Space #75!

“Timeless” from 2017’s Justice League #s 20 & 21!

And a Justice Society of America story about raising funds for war orphans from 1941’s All-Star Comics #7, with appearances by both Superman and Batman!

An unedited (raw) discussion of the film by Ted and Charlotte.

Hotcha! This time around we've got the unofficially titled "Johnny Thunder Joins the Justice Society" from 1941's All-Star Comics #6; "For Sale -- The Justice League!" from 1961's Justice League of America #8; and "Timeless” from 2017’s Justice League #s 15-19!  Hotcha!

Welcome to the first episode of our new show, where we discuss the most terrifying films that you've never heard of!  Technically released on Halloween EST!  Charlotte and Ted KILL-vington discuss the 1989 werewolf film NIGHT SHADOW, written and directed by Randolph Cohlan.  Starring Brenda Vance, Stuart Quan, Tom Boylan, and the world's most notorious thespian of interest - KATO KAELIN!!!  We watched this so you don't have to, and we really took a silver bullet for the team on this one!

Before going on hiatus, Charlotte and Ted discuss the new series "The Orville", as well as Amok Time from the Original Series, Season 2 Episode 1 .

Six stories this time around.  The JLA adjust to life after Eclipso in "Regroup" from 2017's Justice League #14.  Jackson Hyde makes his first appearance of the Rebirth era in "The Rise of Aqualad" from 2017's Teen Titans #6 and #7.  Lex Luthor is responsible for "The Death of Superman" from 1961's Superman #149.  After a respectful period of mourning, Lois Lane hooks up with the entire Justice League in "The Irresistible Lois Lan" from 1961's Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #29.  Bumblebee may or may not have returned in "Made in Manhattan" from 2017's Titans #8-#10.  And "The Extremists" rise up from 2017's Justice League of America #1-#4.
