Despite having years and years of creative experience, there is always room to keep learning and to keep improving.
Especially if you are an agency owner or business owner.
To get ahead, and stay ahead in your business, you need to make sure that you are keeping up with the trends, styles, and practices of the best content.
This can be a Catch 22 when you are a content creator because part of CREATING is going against what everyone else is doing and coming up with something that is your own.
So how exactly do you make sure you're keeping up?

Every career starts out kind of the same way.
You don't know what you're doing at first, then you keep working, and eventually, you start to figure things out.
It doesn't matter if you are a contractor, a software developer, or an entrepreneur. It takes time to learn, hone, and master your skills.
In this video, we're helping any and all new freelance video editors or entrepreneurs fast forward about three years and breaking down what I have learned in that window of time from running this agency.

It is a fairly common misconception that doing creative work means that you get to spend your days creating what you want when you want.
Even if it is, everyone experiences some sort of burnout eventually, ESPECIALLY if they don't know the best way around it.
The unfortunate truth is that the best way to face burnout is by pushing through it. Understand that it is going to come along and learn how to succeed in times of burnout anyway. Other than that there are some other practices you might be able to pick up to avoid or alleviate burnout, or how often you experience it.
