In this episode of the Denver Junkie, I go over just some basic news that took place in the sports community as well as give my opinions on the March Madness championship game and tournament overall. Sorry for not posting last week, I was on spring break and forgot to mention last episode that I wouldn't be posting that week. Make sure to check out my TikTok as well, @the_denver_junkie, for bonus content and updates on each episode, thanks for tuning in this week!
In this episode, along with just some basic sports news, I go over what in the world happened in the NCAA in the past couple weeks. I go over all of the upsets and review who I think will move on the the next round, the elite 8. As always thanks for listening and make sure to check out my TikTok @the_denver_junkie.
March Madness is upon us! So to celebrate, my brother and I have made our predictions in the form of brackets. We also go over some trading news in the NFL as well as some half sad half good news that happened to a very liked, and impressive player that has been playing in the NFL for the past 20 years.
Hey Everyone! This episode of the Denver Junkie is a little different. The title sort of gives it away but today we are not going over sports news. We will be talking about who is the greatest of all time. Link to my spotify here --> https://open.spotify.com/show/5b6aSfpGqChBca42LxAaJP Thanks for listening!
Hey everyone! In season 2 episode 2 we just go over some big sports news like JJ Watt and an interesting purchase that a sports card collector made this past week. If you guys missed last episode, here's the link. https://open.spotify.com/show/5b6aSfpGqChBca42LxAaJP. Couldn't get a link to the TikTok account but make sure to check it out anyways! Thanks!
In the first Episode of Season 2, I introduce myself and give a brief overview of what is to come in this next season of the Denver Junkie.
I can't believe this is episode 5, just crazy. But anyway, during these times, many people have gotten out of shape and have become completely used to staying indoors, which I feel it not okay. So in this episode, I talk about healthy ways to stay in shape and be healthy while also being emotionally stable. These points were used on an article I used and mention in the podcast. I also reflect on my experience as a freshman in high school and give thanks to the people that helped me go from a deep struggle to being a straight a student with over a 4.0 GPA. As always there is a lingering question at the end as well. ENJOY!
In this episode, we talk about the complexity behind the 2020 Draft as well as interviewing an special guest about their quarantine experiences. In this special episode, the special guest and I sit down and I ask some questions about their thoughts on coronavirus and what it means for the economy looking forward. And apologies for how quiet the special guest is, she did not have a microphone to talk into.
In this episode, I review an article and provide three quotes to give my opinion on. I also ask a lingering question as well. I discussed what companies are specifically doing well during this crisis and how they are possibly managing to do this. Cities and states are also "falling a cliff" and in this episode I go over what this means for us.
Over 17 million people have filed for unemployment. In this episode I go over how people have changed their spending habits and what our future looks like. I also talk about how certain industries are doing and why they might be this way. Make sure you stay tuned for the end to hear the lingering question as well.
