According to a report by Statistics Canada, Canada can expect 13 million new citizens over the next 19 years and have a population of 50 million people by 2041. Last year alone, Canada accepted as many as 401,000 new permanent residents. So, what are the implications of these newcomers especially as our population ages. And, just how bad is Canada's immigration backlog these days?
