In this special one-on-one episode, Margo interviews Tashira with a question from our new e-journal "Defining Love at a Big Age," with... well, unsurprising results. Tashira goes in depth on her experience releasing her trauma into the fire in a sweat hut (literally) and how she went from asexuality to try-sexuality within a very short timespan!

Margo & Tashira tackle a challenging question: Are we addicted to anxiety/stress? We left our previous careers so that we wouldn't be working around the clock, only to find ourselves doing the same thing now as solo-preneurs.

Margo & Tashira explore the motivations and challenges of quitting a traditional job "at a big age," the unique opportunities and perspectives this demographic brings, and the emotional rollercoaster of starting a business later in life. We'll discuss stories from women who have successfully made the leap, discussing both the "highs" of freedom and fulfillment and the "lows" of self-doubt and unexpected hurdles. Our aim is to empower and equip listeners with actionable advice and insights, encouraging them to consider their own entrepreneurial journey, regardless of age.

Margo from the JustUs Podcast joins us for another one-on-one to discuss the conservatorships of Wendy Williams (and Britney Spears) through the lens of power and control. Is the guardianship over Wendy Williams truly in her best interest, or is it about serving the interests of those who have something to gain from her? The new documentary series from Lifetime raises more questions than it answers.

The term "girl boss" was coined by Sophia Amoruso in the early 2010s, as highlighted in her book "#Girlboss." Since then, changing values and awareness of workplace norms and standards has come under scrutiny by Generation Z as they become a larger and larger slice of the workforce pie. Margo & Tashira discuss the ways "Girl Boss" culture affected them as they were coming up as young attorneys, and in retrospect, the ways it was harmful and counterproductive to achieving workplace equity.
