Every fortnight there is a panel session before the Morning Service that we call 'Ask the Elders'. It is a session in which the Elders of the church address pressing issues or questions raised by church members. Today's session was tackling the question-----God is not responsible for evil and yet he is the one who has created everything. How is this so--

Mark chapter 9 shows us the disciples in five different scenarios that display their failure and Jesus's response and reaction to it. As we reflect on this it is important to see the failure of the disciples and see that these are failures that we as believers manifest in our daily walk with the Lord.----After seeing all this it is easy to write these people off and yet what we see in the scriptures is the coming good of the disciples. They moved from the faithless, seekers of position in Mark chapter nine to the Apostles that continued a movement that has taken the world by storm. Be Blessed
