Why doesn't Colin Kaepernick have a job?  He's not a good quarterback.  Pat, Stu, and Jeffy agree that the decision by NFL teams not to sign him is not an issue of race.  His awful numbers in his final season in San Francisco are the primary reason no one wants to take a chance on him, and his attitude toward the game, his activism, and even his own career has been the nail in the coffin.
