**Happiness** it's what we live for it's what we search for and something it what we die for I think most of us do it most of the time, there a idea that happiness exist somewhere else Not in this moment maybe in another place or it's with another person just doing something different when we chance after happiness there a movement it away from the present moment to another place to same time other than now and because we move away from the present moment we move further away from happiness because when we think about it. Happiness can only exist in the moment Right here, Right now and the interesting is that when we focuses less on chasing our own happiness and instead focus more on the happiness of other we immediately find ourself in the present moment so not only we benefit other by having a more empathetic mind, we are also benefiting ourselves by being more pleasant and exploring more happiness
