They beat the Astros in a very convincing sweep and will face the Guardians in the ALDS after taking the season series 7-6.

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears vs Jets.   Kap & J. Hood discussed the White Sox Wildcard game; manager Will Venable asked for a never seen before challenge.  Craig Counsell and Will Venable postgame and Tom Waddle MLB Playoffs analysis.

Hour 1: Kap & J. Hood reacted to the White Sox keeping their pedal to the metal for a win in Game 1 against Houston, emptying the tank on Grant Taylor and Hagen Smith in a 6-3 opening win.  How far can this pitching strategy really take them? Not the best start for Michael Boyd in San Diego as the Cubs lose 8-0 to the Padres.  Can they rebound in game 2?

Hood reacted to the Bears beating the Eagles 27-7 and now are 2-1 on the season. Case Keenum was on target and on time all night long. Keenum passed for two touchdowns in his first start in almost three years, and the Bears shut down Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles for a 27-7 victory on Monday night.
