In this podcast episode about culture, we discuss the effects phone addiction is having on your time & how you could make better use of it. Let me ask you a question, do you remember the time you spent last night from say 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM? What were you doing? Could that time be used in a fashion that is helping you progress & reach your goals or is it leaving you in a state of stagnation? These are questions that you should ask yourself from time to time. In today's culture, with the advances of technology, with the access to an infinite amount of information, with the ability to reach out via social media platforms to the entire world with a slab of glass in the palm of your hands... it would lead you to believe that you would have more time to do the things you want to do right? What if I told you that the unlimited potential and access to information, social media, entertainment & media, in general, has caused us to become more isolated, anxious, with depreciating in attention spans. Simply, phone addiction is detrimental to our well-being in the long run. In this episode, we will discuss the effect that poor time management is having on the culture & also dive into some things that we can do moving forward to be more productive & healthy moving forward.

In this podcast episode about crime, we discuss the rise in crime revolving around expensive Rolex watches. We are talking about the wife of Darren Seamen, 53, his wife, Laura Seaman, 45, was attacked by three 6 ft thugs in black balaclavas over a Rolex watch after their night out at a celebrity restaurant, Sexy Fish. According to the report, masked muggers knocked out Darren Seaman's wife and knocked her unconscious. The muggers were after a Rolex submariner watch that Darren Seamen was wearing which was estimated to be valued around $15,000 dollars. In London, rolex watch crime has been on the rise.

In this podcast episode about culture, we discuss a crime story that involves, Genie Exum, IG Model, who was really mad & assaulted / stabbed her boyfriend in New York. Genie Exum is an instagram model, social media influencer, and Onlyfans model has went viral recently from this incident. According to reports she was mad at her boyfriend, whose known as babyboy pajulas on Instagram. Then at the courthouse after the alleged assault, Genie Exum displayed clout seeking tendencies to reporters. What would have happened if it wasn't an attractive onlyfans / Instagram model assaulting a man? Is it a double standard between criminal penalties amongst men and women? In this podcast episode about crime, we discuss a horrible murder case in Maryland where a woman reportedly killed her newborn baby directly after birth. A 41-year-old mother was recently found guilty of second-degree murder and first-degree child abuse involving the suffocation death of her child in 2018. According to a news release from the Office of the State’s Attorney for Howard County, on Nov. 1, 2018, officers from the Howard County Police Department responded to a hospital after Moira Akers was transported there via ambulance. Akers had reportedly failed to tell medical staff that she had just given birth at home.

Amber Heard was assessed and diagnosed with a borderline personality disorder by a forensic psychologist, who met with the actress and reviewed case files from the Johnny Depp defamation trial. Dr. Shannon Curry, a clinical and forensic psychologist, testified about her evaluations Tuesday after being asked by Depp’s lawyers to review the case materials and provide her opinion on whether there was intimate partner violence in the relationship between Heard and Depp, defined as physical or psychological abuse from one partner to another.

In this podcast episode about crime, we discuss the alarming story about an 'IG Model' who allegedly assaulted her child on IG live. A disturbing video was posted on social media showing a woman slapping and hitting a 1-year-old child. That video has led to the woman’s arrest yesterday, Media Take Out has learned. Police in Sanford, Florida arrested a 23-year-old woman named Tay Posley who describes herself as a “model” on Instagram. The disturbing video surfaced online and what is even more alarming is what happened after the incident. It would be the biggest deal to take a company private — something Mr. Musk has said he will do with Twitter — in at least two decades, according to data compiled by Dealogic.
