Karate in the Garage

The guys dive into some Running Scared shenanigans. Which version, Karate in the Garage?! 1986?! 2006?! The answer is "YES!" It's a mixed bag of mostly coherent mashing of Wayne Kramer's dramatic thriller from 2006 starring Paul Walker and Vera Farmiga with a bit of 1986's Peter Hyams-helmed comedy with Billy Crystal and Gregory Hines sprinkled in!

Also, don't forget to check out the Museum of Weed the next time you're in Los Angeles!

Kicks of the Week

Corey - Fringe - Blu-ray Set; IMDbTV via Prime Video

Freddy - Go see some hockey! NHL; AHL; ECHL; OHL

This episode may be listed as #7, but this was the 4th episode we recorded way back in March!

We delayed it's release to this week so it would go better with everyone going back to school. (Yeah, yeah, yeah. We know.)

1986’s Back to School is a must-have and should be part of everyone's library. If you don't already own this Harold Ramis classic, go out and pick it up right now!

Freddy is back! The Lone Waff returns from New Orleans where he has been shooting a movie for the past 3.5 months. He and Corey yammer about what they did this past summer. (Psst, we worked.)

The Garage is in Limanland for the second consecutive week with 2014's Edge of Tomorrow (none of thay silly Live. Die. Repeat shit, please) starring Tom Cruise and the always awesome Emily Blunt.

And while we say it, and even play the bumper, there are no Kicks of the Week because we forgot to do them. Sorry. We'll do two Kicks next week.

Two years ago tonight, I got to experience one of the best times I’ve ever had in a movie theater. On August 22, 2017, Adam Green (mostly) surprised a captive audience with Victor Crowley, the 3rd sequel to 2007’s Hatchet.   Disguised as the 10th anniversary screening of the original Hatchet, the night was emceed by Uncle Creepy (Steve Barton), with a very emotional introduction to the movie by Adam himself, some of which can be heard on mini-episode.   Cheers, Corey   Victor Crowley Introduction   Buy Victor Crowley on Blu-ray
