Earlier this year I submitted a piece, it was not included in a publication so I decided to publish it here now in two parts. The theme was Isolation and Emergence, since this came just after the Dutch lockdown and my own problems with that, it revolved around the emergence from this lockdown.

I was stuck in a recurring dream recently where I was on a bicycle roundabout and I couldn't go anywhere. My solution was to write myself out of it in this story.
