This week on More than Footy, presented by Bing Lee, we speak to Kath Koschel, who’s story is one of extraordinary resilience, and kindness. At just 37 years of age, Kath has had to endure more challenges than one person would experience in a lifetime – having her cricket career cut short by injury, learning to walk again, not once but twice, and losing the love of her life.

Kath’s mission is to make the world a better place through kindness, one small act at a time. Her philosophy is that the single notion of someone believing in us can mean so much, a message she is spreading through her non-profit organisation, Kindness Factory.
