I started writing this book when the pandemic hit. I rented one room where I was sleeping, working for my 9-5 job, exercising, relaxing, crying, and laughing. Also, I went through a breakup with a guy I was dating then. I wasn’t happy living in one room; that breakup was tough for me mentally and emotionally.

I told myself I would write a book where I would write down exactly what I would need to hear from my best friend during these difficult times. So I did it. I wrote a book that was my lifeline during these challenging times. 

I want this book to be your guide when you feel lost and need extra help to get you through self-doubts, breakups when you don’t believe that you can achieve something, when you stop listening to your intuition or when you feel you’re losing yourself. This book will be there for you.
