It is almost ten years since Kathleen Chada lost her two sons, Eoghan and Ruairi, when they were murdered by her husband, Sanjeev, the father of the two boys.
Her book, Everything, was recently launched in The Lord Bagenal Inn in Leighlinbridge.
Here she reflects on her reason for writing the book and how she chose to honour the memory of her two sons by getting on with her life.
