February 16, 2021December 17, 2018December 17, 2018 this was after I lost custody based on my ex-husband‘s false allegations claiming that I had dropped our youngest child on his head twice. My ex-husband did not submit any evidence based on his allegations and the reason why is because he did not have any evidence. The reason why my ex-husband did not have any evidence is because he was lying under oath on the stand. The court also did not do a formal investigation and the court never ordered a psychiatric evaluation for my ex-husband or myself. Ex-husband also told the court that he had allowed my mother around her children despite the fact that my mother had admitted to assisting my father in perpetrating an act of sexual abuse against me as a child. That took place before my mother passed away. My ex-husband was still awarded custody despite his past history of being abusive to our children and to myself. In this recording you hear my three-year-old saying that he misses me and wants to see me repeatedly and cannot understand why he cannot see me. You also hear my ex-husband laughing in the background because he knows unfortunately he believes he can get away with anything he wants Even if it means abusing our children and myself. I also have a recorded conversation of my older son talking about his father putting his hands around his throat trying to choke him and kill him. That conversation occurred in 2016. The Harris County sheriffs office has a copy of that recording and so does precinct 4 in Harris county along with CPS. No one has investigated it. My ex-husband is allowed to abuse our kids and he is allowed to allow sexual predators around our children and he is allowed to leave our children alone with sexual predators. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kathrine-anthony/support...more7minPlay
February 09, 2021December 16, 2018This is a recorded conversation where I’m calling to talk to the boys. Kevin did not understand why he could not be with me. My ex-husband told the court during our custody trial that I dropped our youngest child on his head twice because he wanted to keep me away from our children. I was ordered supervised visitation because my ex-husband wants to control my relationship with our two boys. My ex-husband also admitted on the stand to allowing my mother around our children who admitted to drugging me with a narcotic coding so that my father could sexually assault me. In an effort to deflect from my ex-husband’s admission of allowing our children around my mother he lied under oath and accused me of dropping our youngest child on his head twice. There is not a formal investigation and there was not any evidence submitted in court. The reason why there was not any evidence submitted in court is because it never happened.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kathrine-anthony/support...more3minPlay
February 08, 2021December 15,2018This was after I lost custody of our children. My ex-husband told the court that I dropped our youngest child on his head twice. The reason why he made that accusation is because he had made it on the stand to having my mother around our children despite the fact that she had admitted to dragging me so that my father could sexually assault me. On April 1 of 2019 my ex-husband acknowledged in a conversation to allowing my mother around our children and he allowed her to be alone with our children and so did his mother despite her admission of perpetrating an active abuse against me with my father. My ex-husband said his reason for allowing my mother around our children is that she was wonderful around our children. My ex-husband thinks that people who admit to perpetrating a sexual act of abuse against a child are wonderful around our children. My mother has since passed away but this does not mean or justify My ex-husband allowing my mother around her children and allowing her to be alone with our children knowing that she had an abusive past.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kathrine-anthony/support...more2minPlay

February 05, 2021March 2019This is a recorded conversation between my ex husband and I that took place in March 2019. In this conversation my ex-husband cannot explain to me why he does not feel that our children will be safe with me. When we went through our custody trial he told the court that I dropped our youngest child on his head twice so the fact that he cannot explain why he does not feel that our children would be safe with me is a contradiction to his extreme accusation in court. My ex-husband did not remember what he had accused me of until I reminded him after he could not explain to me why he did not feel that our children would be safe with me. He also asked me if I was at the custody trial. This was a custody trial that he initiated through the Harris County Family Court system and had the court order me to attend our custody trial and in this recorded conversation he asks me if I was there. He also acknowledged to hearing my mothers admission to dragging me so that my father could sexually assault me and also takes offense to my suggestion that he has someone of an incestuous relationship with his mother. It’s interesting that he was offended by my suggestion that he had somewhat of incestuous relationship with his mother and yet he was proud to admit that he had my mother around our children who had perpetrated an active abuse against me as a child.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kathrine-anthony/support...more13minPlay
February 05, 2021March 2019This was another situation where my ex husband brings in another person in my life to participate in gaslighting me and mentally abusing me.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kathrine-anthony/support...more15minPlay
January 12, 2021Joyce MathewsThis is a recorded conversation where I was trying to find out where my mothers car was. This conversation happened back in 2017 or 2018. My mother has since passed away. After my divorce in 2016 when my mother was alive she admitted to drugging me so that my father could molest me when I was a child on a recorded conversation. That conversation is in this podcast. Unfortunately Joyce did not realize that if she was genuinely concerned about my mental health she would not be gaslighting me trying to make me question my reality or trying to confuse me. She would have helped me. She showed zero concern for the safety of my children and the fact that my ex-husband allowed my mother around our children after my mother had admitted to dragging me so that my father could molest me when I was a child. I have since been diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder and that is not a condition you were born with that is a condition that is caused by repeated abuse and trauma. Unfortunately what Joyce did not realize is that a mental illness does not discredit me and my experience withthe abuse. My diagnosis actually confirms that I was abused. My family sees me is nothing more than damaged goods because my mother drugged me so that my father could sexually assault me. My family could care less about my safety or well-being or the safety and well-being of my children. Unfortunately my ex-husband in my family support child predators and support supplying child predators with my children.--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kathrine-anthony/support...more12minPlay
