Kathryn opened up about the creative fire behind her latest Blues/Rock EP—now submitted for consideration for the Grammy and Blues Foundation Awards—and the deeply personal journey fueling her upcoming 13-song album, set for release in early 2026. 

From her “Santana-esque” playing style to her reputation as a vocalist who “sings like an angel, plays guitar like the devil,” Kathryn shared stories from a life spent learning from legends, lifting up students, and carving out an unmistakable sound that is entirely her own.
