Kathy is on the board of directors for The Thalians, the non-profit organization that partners with UCLA's Operation Mend in providing support and care for those who struggle with PTSD and other mental illnesses (and, particularly, our service men and women and their caregivers). She is also on the board of the Motion Pictures Mothers Club, a unique nonprofit organization formed in 1939 that raises funds for items that directly benefit working and retired members of the entertainment industry.
