I’m here to remind YOU!! 

YES YOU CAN!! 

You CAN do HARD things! 

Healing is HARD! I’m not gonna sugar coat it! But with God ALL things are possible! Would you be willing to do HARD things with me? I’d like to share my tools and education over the last five years with you that HELPED ME! 

Go on a journey with me! Moving the yuck out of your body, giving it to God!! Clearing the darkness to make way for HIS LIGHT!! 

JOIN me on my two week, seven class journey, incorporating anatomy lessons of where our emotions LIVE in our bodies, navigating healing within the seven chakras, getting into our food and how it can heal us. Connecting to GOD through movement, breath-work, sound baths, scripture, meditation and motivation!
