Today is our first Family Celebration Sunday of the year. This includes family worship (songs ranging from pre-school to adult), water baptisms, keiki and youth ministry testimonies, and a sermon on family discipleship. We are honored to have you to be a part of celebrating all that God is doing in our church ohana. Our heart is for everyone to leave thinking about how to create environments for the next generation to love Jesus, love His Church, and love His Word.

When we understand fear in light of God’s truth, we can learn from it while also taking away its control over our lives. In today’s sermon, we take on the fear of pain and that we live in a fallen world where pain is inevitable, but we are never abandoned in our suffering. Our hope and strength are found in Jesus, who walks with us through every trial.

In today’s sermon, we take on the fear of the future which includes the unknown, failure, retirement, death, eternity, and more. Our fear of the future can paralyze us in the present, but when we ground ourselves in the fear of God TODAY, we can move forward toward the future He has promised.

We are expecting to be amazed by the miracles, signs, and wonders God performs both today and throughout the year. God’s power points people to God’s kingdom.

In today’s sermon, we begin by breaking down fear through the Hebrew word yare. Fear is a natural human response, but God tells us to “Fear Not!” and to fear Him instead. We will discover how the fear of God helps cast out our fears.

As we continue to cast vision for 2025, we are introducing our three prophetic theme words for the year: Breakthrough, Increase, & Expectation. In today’s sermon, Elder Fran Basuel teaches on expectation with a faith that expects and a hunger that pursues. When we hunger for God with expectation, we will seek Him desperately, and He will fill us with His presence, power, and glory.

As we continue to cast vision for 2025, we are introducing our three prophetic theme words for the year: Breakthrough, Increase, & Expectation. In today’s sermon, we focus on increase for impact. We are declaring 2025 to be the Year of Increase. God is going to increase every aspect of the church and our lives so that we can have a greater impact.
