  • The Effect Of The Pandemic On Our Mental Health with Lauren Wolfe, Clinical Social Worker

Hi everyone! Welcome back to The Morning Blend!

I'm very proud to be putting out this episode this morning in honour of mental health awareness month. I truly wanted to highlight the ressources that are available to us in our city as well as virtually in order to treat/better our mental health. The pandemic has been difficult for all of us in different ways.

In this episode, I sit down with a profressional, clinical social worker at The Open Space Clinic in Montreal, Lauren Wolfe on her career & how the pandemic has shown an influx in her client base, work hours & more! She also provides much of her insight on how she sees the next few months & post-covid time going.

This is a must listen! Thank you to Lauren for coming on today and you can contact Lauren here:

About Kayla - the podcast

From the publisher's feed

I thought long & hard about what I should name this show. Formerly known as "The Morning Blend", this podcast now represents so much more than my healthy habits, motivational speaking or lifestyle. The previous name had me feeling trapped in a version of myself that I have now evolved from. I decided to name the podcast "Kayla", my first name since it just describes me. It's kind of a mood. I'm really looking forward to chatting with you all again on my terms & connecting weekly. You're in for a good one.
