Each week, OYR presents the newest music releases from female and non-binary artists. This week, I recap my favourite releases of 2023 month by month!

Marc Berenson is a senior lecturer at King's Russia Institute, King's College London. One of the modules Dr Berenson teaches is Contemporary Ukrainian Politics and Society, which is a new module at KCL available for 3-year students. After receiving his BA from Harvard University, Dr Berenson founded and directed 1996-1998 the 'Law in Action' program for Freedom House in Kyiv, Ukraine, before receiving his PhD in Political Science from Princeton University in 2006.

This week Charlie interviews Darius Brubeck and plays music from Dave and Darius Brubeck including Time Out and Cathy's Summer!

Govhar sits down and records the final episode of the show. It is equal parts reflective and vulnerable, as she reflects honestly on the past year. She discusses what the podcast has meant to her and what she hopes listeners will take away.

This week I disentangle a number of ideas – namely those ideas about what one should and should not say to an Anorexia Nervosa sufferer.  There are a number of misconceptions about how to confront one with an eating disorder and how best to offer one support. Remember - every individual with Anorexia Nervosa is different and everycase of Anorexia Nervosa is nuanced - and therefore individuals will have varying degrees of responses to these named triggers. This is not a formula for everyone. This is not a one-size-fits all approach. These are rough guidelines.
