Heritage Week gets underway this Saturday, August the 15th and runs through to Sunday the 23rd, with 60 events scheduled to run over the course of the week in Kilkenny city and county alone.
This Saturday next, one of the opening events will be held at the Dunphy homestead, just outside Mullinavat, where a restored 18th century mill wheel has attracted visitors from far and wide in recent years, honouring both the mill's industrial legacy and the building's significance in local history,
