She has mastered the art of enjoying a Keto clean diet and food to its highest level with her innovative cooking, and most importantly, doing it guilt free. Tammi has over 13,000 followers on Instagram, inspiring and influencing anyone who wants to live their best life one bite at a time.  Tammi follows the 90/10 rule and tries to eat clean keto 90% of the time.
