Every year, the UCSB Police Department must report their inventory of military weapons and how they have been used. A trio of political outsiders frustrated by the way the city is managing a major road renovation in old town Goleta and other housing and infrastructure projects are running for office. As Noozhawk reports, three candidates have formed an alliance to replace the sitting mayor and two district council city council representatives.
