Keep Being Awesome

Greg talks about his first two experiences doing open mic standup comedy. The first half is hopeful and the second half is depressing and the whole thing is not worth watching. Spend this time listening to a Penn Jilette podcast instead.

Probably not the last podcast, but at least it's the last one my brain is obligating me to make. I really wanted the "last" one to go out with a bang, but turned out it was more of a whimper.

Yeah whatever!

From Episode 6, my reimagineering homagination of Hey Man, Nice Shot.

After I put together the last podcast, I found myself playing the last bit over and over so I could listen to the music, except this guy's voice kept getting in the way, and I wished he would shut up a minute so I could hear it, and then sayyy wait a minute...

This is yet another song I've put together that I think is probably just for me. I can't picture anyone really listening to it more than once except me. But here it is anyway.

Greg talks neither about a Spanish milled dollar, nor the Treaty of Ghent, nor the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. First person to figure it out and send in the solution (showing your work) wins a prize! I don't know what! But it'll be some sort of prize!

Music from this one will be available separately on spinnwebe.com in the Discography.

Strange tales in a stranger's house with the strangest dog. Eh, that last part's not true, I just liked the parallel structure.

The pictures I mentioned in the podcast -- I'll get them up later.

Greg cleverly disguises the topic of the podcast in a bit of fairly transparent English slang, and describes his experience with Chat Roulette one weekend.

Greg talks about work (again) and writes some song lyrics (not again! For the first time!) and shares with the class.

I start the thing by saying "this is going to be a shorter podcast" but clearly I lied. MP3 of the song will be available later; you can see the lyrics in the podcast's info.

The video companion piece to Episode 5. Same audio, but with scenery.
