Dallow Amateur Boxing Club in Luton was the first club I joined. Whatever the future holds I will always give credit to the team for taking me in and playing an initial role in this fitness and renewed mindset.

Club Chairman and Coach Mohsin Khan joins me to discuss his role in the club, the art of this sport, what it does for the individual and the clubs goal for the rest of 2021.

Plus what does he think of my progress? After a year apart its good for any coach to see where certain members are at both mentally and physically.

As time goes on I want to find out at least part of the reason why I have remained so committed to this fitness/sport lifestyle and this series.

Music has pretty much always been my biggest driving force both physically and emotionally. It still remains a huge part of my life and influences my training and work regimes.

College was an important turning point for me as a person and I felt that this was a good starting point to see if this new mentality in terms of fitness and structure was evident over a decade ago?

To help me I am reunited with college buddy Rocky Layne. An inspiring actor and pro fighter, he has continued his path and career with greater clarity, thanks to the help of his family, mentors and combat sports.

We discuss all things college, acting, sports, helping the community around us and offer each other advice on the goals we want to achieve in life and more.
