In this episode, I talk about the importance of personal power, which can come from a place of calm and balance.  It's important to accept when we feel bad, and not feel bad over feeling bad, which is 'an emotional toilet going nowhere', as I like to say.  HSP's in particular need to be conscious of energetic balance of all levels:  physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and beyond.  Maintaining this in a healthy way is key.  I share info to help dissolve fear and uncertainty, including connection with a higher source and the benefit that we get from grounding things in 'the Highest Good of All'!!
     
I talk about astrological happenings (Venus Direct in Gemini, upcoming Mars in Aries, etc.), and how it can affect us in positive ways.  
   
I end the episode by pulling and interpreting cards from the Osho Zen Tarot deck:  today it's Possibilities / 2 of Wands, New Vision / XII The Hanged Man, and Creativity / III The Empress!  I interpret these using their Rider-Waite counterpart meanings as well.
