This episode deals with the problem of public education. i.e. not enough teachers, counselors and support staff to assist every student that needs help. The top 10% will always thrive and on track. The middle let's say 70% will also succeed with help from family, friends, organizations etc... What happens to the bottom 20%? Think about it. They are the students who skip class, use profanity in every sentence, won't listen or do what you ask them to do many of them smoke (I will leave it at that but not cigarettes) and will tell you how they feel with some choice words. Who helps the bottom 20%? If not you then who?
