Friends, entitlement is something we can break apart for another thousand years it feels like. What we really wanted to learn was how we actively try to change the entitlement we see around us and for that we brought two of your close friends to help gain a new perspective on feeling entitled in the workforce. Chris and Reigh Edge are phenomenal entrepreneurs who have carved their own path with their wedding business all while still holding their biblical values. Hope you enjoy this one. Now that we've been talking about entitlement culture we look at the theme as a whole church. Its harder this episode because we believe we are right in the midst of discovering what we are entitled to as a church, and the suffering that Jesus says we will go through. When talking about those who are entitled we often find believers jumping into action to proclaim just how terribly entitled their Pastors were. This episode however, we turn inward. We ask the church, the sheep, the congregation to look inward and understand that apart from their pastors some of the greatest church hurt came from peer to peer dynamics. Moving forward from church abuse demands that we take responsibility for our own actions, while letting go of ones that are not are own.
