Coach Aldridge's defensive line units have led their conference in sacks in every season he's coached except one, so we get in to how he coaches pass rush with both his interior linemen and defensive ends, plus, we roll out our second installment of our "Upon Further Review" segment where once again we give hot takes on what coaches should NOT be wearing.

Coach Aaron Nowell joins KYPD! to talk about his experiences working at premier programs in the state of Texas and Oklahoma and the common denominator that made each of them successful. We also talk about Midway's three down front and how he coaches up his players on technique and fundamentals.
