Listen to your intuition when it speaks to you... We all have that inner spirit that speaks to us and warns us of the unseen events before they happen.  It's a deep gut feeling that you experience as you walk on the path in your journey. It's up to you to put the pieces together and the energy will speak for itself. Your intuition speaks to you, listen to it....

Working in an environment that was created under white supremacy is a topic that make most people uncomfortable. Americans need to stop looking at things only in Black and White. When we look at the statistics on government assistance the percentages don't lie👀👀👀... Tune in as KDat and I get real deep into the conversation on how far we as Black Women have to go to have support from others to build experience. 

Let's talk about it! We let our children go to school to be educated but there is more to this shit! We all must be held accountable, Parents first, Our City District school funding, and Social/Emotional programs Etc. For our students. Our Children/Young Adults experience a lot of social and society problems that get in the way of their learning, Fights, Drugs, Gangs, and Sex among other things Etc. The Educational system doesn't help our students manage on an emotional level to help those in need to feel comfortable learning, to learn in a safe environment. Ms.Clarks and I, are both employees of the education system but tune in to hear the difference between the two... 

Tune into the after math of a college student/Grad student input on life getting a degree. We are living in a controlled society, and you have to know somebody to get a leap up in the career you seek. In all fairness Danni Cham and I keep it real and talk about our experience graduating and pursuing our careers in a system we had little to no guidance. Not only are we Black, we are Black women, who have dreams like others but in a corrupted system, surrounded by Privilege, and Laws that don't protect minorities in the work field; sets us up for struggle, but we must build our strenghten and reclaim the success we deserve!
