On this week's episode of Keeping the Recipes, we speak to Ms. Thelma Everhart, a retired project director whose marriage honestly started like a movie. After listening to her story, it's easy to see why they have lasted over 20 years in a happy marriage. They got married within only 6 weeks of meeting each other and she explains the key factors that have kept their marriage happy and healthy. Only by understanding what they want and could give to each other, having honest and open communication, and by not starting things that they couldn't finish, have they lasted so long. So please, tune into this episode.

Welcome to another episode of Keeping the Recipes! This week we are speaking to a phenomenal human being and Master Artist who works within TRANSIT ARTS, the community, and throughout many art communities in the region, Richard Duarte Brown. Duarte has been working as an artist for more than 30 years, and his masterful artwork is only matched by the time, support and dedication he gives to anyone who has worked with and under him. If he isn't painting murals and colorful displays of his artistry, he is showing love and support to any who society deems troublesome, as he believes that "troubled" kids are just souls who need love and attention. Come see his views on how Covid-19 has impacted his life, and those that he mentors. If you wish to support him, or ask for his services, you can reach him via his website:
