After a bit of a hiatus, the podcast is BACK! This past week, Laura and Amy gathered the coaches committee to plan out our newest KEEN sessions!!! This week Amy is lucky enough to spend time with Lia! They talk about Lia’s experience with KEEN, her love of dancing, and even get to hear her beautiful voice sing a song. This conversation made us very excited to see “Princess” Lia back in person for her to lead our “Hokey Pokey” dance!

Athletes Vincent and Michael tell us all about how they got into jiu jitsu and what they're favorite moves are, while Bel Aire instructor Alex tells us about the actual program and his experience with the athletes.
