After a bit of a hiatus, the podcast is BACK! This past week, Laura and Amy gathered the coaches committee to plan out our newest KEEN sessions!!! During the meeting, our coaches tell everyone a bit about themselves. You might hear about some favorite sports, favorite ice creams, and even our plan for surviving a deserted island... This week, Amy is joined by one of our favorite guests, Michael! They talk a bit about summer concerts and Michael's love for Queen and Bad Bunny. Michael also talks about some of his friends in the KEEN family, specifically how he loves Jui JItsu with Vincent. Michael also sneaks in that he has been on the honor roll at school for over seven years! We are so lucky to have such a smart cookie as one of our KEEN athletes.

This week Amy is lucky enough to spend time with Lia! They talk about Lia’s experience with KEEN, her love of dancing, and even get to hear her beautiful voice sing a song. This conversation made us very excited to see “Princess” Lia back in person for her to lead our “Hokey Pokey” dance!

On today's episode, Amy gets a masterclass in Jiu Jitsu thanks to our friends Vincent, Michael, and Alex. Athletes Vincent and Michael tell us all about how they got into jiu jitsu and what they're favorite moves are, while Bel Aire instructor Alex tells us about the actual program and his experience with the athletes. As our very FIRST recurring guest, Kristopher returns to the podcast to talk about how he's prepping for his return to school. He tells Amy about putting a lot of effort into focusing during class, as well as trying to be a role model for his friends. For our 10th and final episode of season 1, Ari joins to talk all about Buzz Lightyear! As our resident "Toy Story" expert, Ari tells us about Buzz's powers, costume, and best friend Woody. After talking about Buzz, Ari was also nice enough to stick around and share his love for art, storytelling, and dancing.
