In this episode, I’m diving deep into something I know so many of us feel but rarely talk about: losing ourselves in the grind. I’ve been working, working, and working some more; so much that I haven’t made time for anything or anyone, including myself . Somewhere along the way, I think I lost who I am. We want to be everything for everyone; jumping through hoops, catering to their needs, and making sure they’re okay. But here’s the real question: who’s looking out for you? Sometimes, even when there’s someone who could, it’s hard to ask for help. We wish people would just notice what we need. If you don’t make space to take care of yourself, you’ll get tired of being the “great person” everyone relies on. Like a cup running dry, you can’t keep pouring without a refill. For you, that refill might be reconnecting with God, nature, music, or anything that brings peace. Right now, I’m floating, existing without focus. But I’m realizing that as adults, we need to have fun, take breaks, and rediscover ourselves. Let’s talk about finding that balance together.
