Be mindful covid still exists, and there's over 9 different variants [strains]of covid. Covid has many similarities as Tge Flu, common cold, upper respiratory and pneumonia, keep your immune systems Strong, individuals with weak immune systems won't have the strength to fight any of these illnesses, eat your fruits and vegetables, drink water, orange juice things with vitamin C add ginger, yogurt to things you consume into your body, wash your hands, respiratory droplets 💦 are airborne.
No one is exempt from getting sick, but if you stay mindful, it protects you in the event you do. So take the necessary precautions and add the necessary things into your life so you can conquer through. Otherwise, as precautions, things illnesses can cause deaths.
Prepare now, by strengthing your body's immune system and listen to your body warnings, I realize some people have compromised immune systems, drink plenty of liquids, water, orange juice, cranberry juice, milk and eat fruits and vegetables.
