In today's eposide, I am talking about my development of my foundation, "The Keisha Phillips Foundation and what my ultimate goal is. The foundation is going to be centered around STEM and the overall development of today's youth. I'am focusing not only on today's generations but generations to come, the time is now to Shape our future, it's today's generations that will be future Governors, Doctors, Lawyers, Astronauts and leading this Nation. THE time is now to begin setting the foundation that will shape not just the future but the United States of America. I'am excited about the foundation, I'am also elementing youth sports for today's generations, they need to understand t h e importance of being physically active and have the opportunity to develop there talents, my focus isn't just on education but sports as well, it's equally important for our youth today, to enjoy not just learning, but the physical side of life, development of there talents and skills.

You have the potential to great and amazing 👏 thing's, has anyone ever told you that, Do you belive that you have the ability to do amazing things, do you think you have reach your full potential? THINK ABOUT THAT......IF YOU COULD SET A GOAL RIGHT NOW TO COMPLETE BY THE END OF THE YEAR, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKELY DO? WOULD THE GOAL BE ATTAINABLE, MEASURABLE OR REACHABLE, ARE WOUKD THE GOAL BE SO OVERWHELMING, YOU COULDN'T POSSIBLY ACHIEVE IT IN ONE YEAR? POTENTIAL IS THE ABILITY OF A PERSON BEING CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING GREAT THING'S. WHICH MEANS....THEY CURRENTLY AREN'T LIVING TO THERE FULL POTENTIAL! THAT'S EXACTLY HOW I FEEL, WHEN I THINK ABOUT MYSELF AND EVERYTHING.....THAT I WANT TO DO...I FIND THAT I'AM DEFINITELY NOT AT MY HIGHEST POINT IN LIFE.....THERE'S SO MUCH I WANT TO DO, SO MANY THING'S I'AM GOING TO BUILD UP, I BELIVE IN MY LIFE BLUEPRINT AND I'AM DETERMINE TO FULLFILL EVERY ASPECT OF IT, THE FUTURE, MY FUTURE LOOKS EXTRAORDINARY & I DONT COMPARE IT TO ANYTHING GOING ON NOW, I LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE AND BELIVE IN MY HIGHEST SELF, AND YOU SHOULD TO. THINK ABOUT IT.....Always Believe In Your Abilities, Define a Hugh IQ score, minds 140 I'am also defined as COMMANDER☺️

In today's eposide we're talking about LOVE ❤️ How do you express love to the people in your life, whether it's your spouse, BFF, family members, love is express in many different ways 💖 and can be shown in a variety of ways. One of my favorite scriptures is CORINTHIANS 13:4-8 " Love is patient, and kind, love does not envy or boast, it is not arrogant or rude." Do you think love is enamored? Enamored means smitten or totally infatuated. Love is DEVOTION. How often do you say I love you?
Always remember that the greatest love is self-love, always love you, and always be the best version of you. ALWAYS LOVE SELF.

The foundation is"empowers of trust, there must be trust in everything we do today, there must be trust on our jobs, in our household, in our economy, in our juridical system, in our government, in our marriages, in our relationships there must be trust in everything we do,which goes into the 3 P's, whether it's professional, privately,
We must have that understanding in business dealings, in our careers, where there's no trust, equals significant amounts of problems.
I ask myself, is there such a perfect career? Is there such a perfect opportunity? I find that the answer is no, I say no because. I realize that life isn't perfect. No one is perfect, and if our expectations are seeking perfection, we already are defeated. But that doesn't stop a person from being honest & trustworthy. "THE Foundation Is Trust"

There are many different types of Realationships, according to the Oxford Dictionary, it is defined as "the way in which two or more concepts, objects or people are connected, or the state of being connected. " It's a connection or bond between two or more individuals. It involves emotional and romantic feelings, which all come in various firms, because we are all different and human emotions are different. One of the most important things to have in any Realationship is respect! You must respect one another's feelings and values. You must have trust and communication. How would you define your current 🤔 relationship? The boundaries of your relationship, your expectations, your connection? Do you think it's solid? What defines a good relationship? I feel it must have trust, you must be supportive of one another's goals, values, beliefs, you must treat one another with the 3 P's what's the 3 P's. Be the same person, professional, privately & Publicaly......I'am big on Convenant Marriage,a Convenant Marriage is only recognized in 3 States,it requires you to disclose anything that can affect the decision to get married, yes, it's stricter but to me it's worth it, im seeking honesty & this requires that honesty, however, you can be married in any state and all honor traditional marriage. A Convenant Marriage requires you to have premarital counseling, it emphasize the responsibility and importance of marriage. It requires couples to sign a declaration of intent, which means they understand the commitment of marriage, couples must seek counseling if problems arise, couples can only seek divorce or separation for specific reasons. Number 1 reason is Adultury!Although Convenant marriages are rare, it's an agreement that cannot be terminated by mutual consent. It's a legally binding agreement between two people who have the intent to live together for the rest of there lives, it's called togetherness, under the same roof, same state. That is companionship, I'am I Right, this is what marriage should be. It's between a man & woman, it requires dedication, true commitment, a sense of security, stability in a relationship, which keeps it solid and most importantly trust & respect.

The time for CHANGE is long overdue. We face countless obstacles every day that could be prevented if the necessary changes we're already existing. There's no reason why tragedy has to knock on your door. Before people realize that changes need to be made, we see it daily, across the globe 🌎 how this nation is declining. Changes are overdue, and the changes that need to be made are necessary if we want to Shape The Future, for the generations to come and generations that are here now, which is over 8 billion people. We must have a nation that's safe, that's protected, we must have people in positions that are trustworthy, and about the right things, we have far more to many people taking oaths that requires you to lead in many ways, but not only to lead, but to serve , to protect and to many people taking oaths that aren't trustworthy and in it for the wrong reasons, we have to stand for truth, we have to stand for what's right, we have to stand for change are this world 🌎 will be defeated and when I look at it that way, it's our duty to stand together in unity 🤝🏽 until we see the results and victory in the changes that will protect our nation, which protects us, life is no game, its real and we need people that are dedicated to the right thing's. There's changes due in many aspects of our everyday life. The time is NOW, and things need to turn around NOW!

Happy New Year, Eposide 1:"When Do You Ask The Question" You always ask the question, anytime something may be questionable are weighing on your mind, you seek clarification and answer's. You here people say , Actions Speak Louder Than Word's, because they do, a person's actions reflects exactly what a person isn't saying, are what a person may not be doing. People respond to what's important to them, we all have priorities in life, and we all respond to things differently, so when do you ask the question? What if there's no question to be asked? Your answer always lies in what a person is doing. It's not necessarily about what they are saying. How many people understand that? How many people understand intentions? Priorities? If you understand those 3 words, then you understand the basic foundation of everyday life situations and circumstances, and it is it, responds to Clarification! Today is the last day of 2024, I hope everyone has had a amazing year, in your own special way, as you reflect on everything you have accomplished throughout this year, I hope you can take the good and all the positive things and reflect on your accomplishments. As you prepare to walk through the journey of the beginning of a New Year[2025] I hope you can embrace your personal life journey and be thankful for all that you have achieved thus far...We encounter obstacles throughout our lives but it's how we deal with the obstacles we face that's makes us, Shape us into who we are. Never walk through life accepting that if, always believe in yourself, Your potential, and be the best version of who you are. Love self, always believe in you, never look for the approval of others, you don't need anyone to validate you. We must realize that we validate ourselves. We are all unique, and we all have different attributes that mold and shape us into who we are, and GOD made each of us different for a reason. I wish everyone a safe New Year.
