Keith spent much of his life traveling the world as a professional musician. With the glamour, however, came despair; spending endless days on the road, never knowing where he'd sleep or if there'd be enough to eat. Mindfulness training rooted in the ancient Hawaiian healing system known as Huna Kane, helped him make a transformation. Today, Keith uses music + mindfulness to help others be present in each moment and find an inner connection through practical tips and exercises.
