On an August evening in 1955, a family in rural Kentucky had a scary encounter following a meteor sighting. Their house was then swarmed by strange humanoid creatures with large ears and eyes. They report the encounter to the police and by the time they arrive, military was already there investigating. Though the encounter only lasted that one evening, it has lived on in UFO history.
