Effective leaders make a difference by choosing encouraging words to build up members of their organization whether they report to them or not.  Sharing encouraging words is a leadership tool.

🔥 In times of chaos and crisis, what is the cause for businesses  shutting down or businesses pushing forward? Though there are a number  of variables at play the only area that you have complete control in is  leadership. How you show up as a leader in the darkest of times will  forecast the outcome of the crisis at hand. A deep dive into my  experience in chaos and the way in which I overcame the obstacles -  inside and out.

The most complex variable in your world is not the circumstances you encounter or the results you're trying to produce. The most complex variable is the behavior of people in Response to those situations. You don't control Events. You don't control Outcomes. You earn Results based on the discipline of your Response:

The highest levels of performance are empowered by the deepest levels of belief. Performing with belief is a critical factor for achieving success at anything in life.

What you believe drives what you do, and what you do determines what you achieve.
