Ken Starr, Independent Counsel for Whitewater Controversy and Former Solicitor General of the United States, discusses the ruling by the Supreme Court denying the appeal for Maine healthcare workers to challenge the vaccine mandates, saying that the ruling is “very logical” given the structure set up by the Founders, and seems to be a return to state sovereignty. Starr comments also on the recent attacks by Hillary Clinton against federal prosecutor John Durham, saying that this is similar to her response during the Whitewater Controversy in the 90’s, that “instead of dealing with the merits, you attack the prosecutor, you attack the prosecutors motives. So it's just the same play out of the old playbook.”
