Much love to the women in my life. I seek to understand so I asked a few questions based on what I saw and heard. I think I found the right person to talk to this week.
Coach Claudette is a long time friend, trusted resource and woman of compassion, knowledge, hospitality, love and peace.

Perhaps you've marked yourself down and not realized it.
Its you who tells people what you''re work by what you accept on a daily basis. We don't hear what you say because you are always talking. We do see what you put up with though.
Get off the "clearance rack and get behind the glass where they keep the top shelf and the valuable stuff.

"In a bad place"
The focus is for the athlete. A young man between 25-35 that is a mix martial artist. Is extreme (purposeful) in his eating habits, dieting, exercise, training. Is poor. May not have a "good job". Is banking on a career as a fighter to get out of his situation. Relationships are all gym based. Probably smokes weed. Is feeling depressed and fears failing.
What would you say if he was listening?
What would you recommend for this guy?
What should he do short term?
How can he help himself?
What would you say to his friends?
Is there a resource for this group of people?
If you are thinking that ending your life will stop the pain, you are wrong.
If you think you won't be missed or the world is better off without you, you are wrong.
Everything we go through in this life is temporary— Especially tough times.

Same feed, different theme.
I have done some great things in my lifetime but I want to help just one more person not to give in to the battle within. I am creating a positive, encouraging, and thought-provoking podcast powered by the mantra of Cpl Desmond Doss, "Lord let me get just one more."
I know the world doesn't like positive stuff so I ameliorated the choice of the title to turn the negative into a positive. I am hoping it works. I just want to save one more. I've been in many situations where friends called on me to help them, listen to them, and convince them to continue. I'm focusing that energy, that history, those experiences to get just one more. I know I could be doing a lot of other things but I feel I am called to this.
"Every man dies, not every man really lives" - William Wallace
I am preparing for the launch of a new podcast, "If I Die Tonight." It sounds grim but it's about life. I plan to take on the tough subjects and put a spin of encouragement, hope, and wisdom gained from not always doing the right thing but learning in the process. Let me know what you think.
All you need is one person to believe in you and you can make it.
Lord Help me get one more.
