Hello and welcome to this episode of the KennedyStrong podcast. We have some Kennedy students here joining us and today we’re going to take a dive into different ethnicities. One not well known, and the other recognized world wide -- Armenian and Filipino to be exact.

Two sophomores bring a senior, Raymond, into the studio to talk about the Kennedy football team. They talk about how hard he hits, when he started playing, and why other kids should join the team. Football fans, enjoy!

On today's episode, we have four students in the studio. Three sophomores are interviewing a multiple sports and instrument player, Sean Jusi. They will be discussing his life and how he started basketball, volleyball, and music.  We will also learn how he manages his time so he can also focus on school work. We will be asking what inspires him to play sports and play music. They had a lot of fun, and you will, too.

We have a special episode for you today. We have three teens in the studio today who are willing to share their experiences with depression and anxiety. This episode will cover some heavy topics, and some personal stories will be shared. They will also give out some websites or numbers to call if you deal with anxiety and depression. We hope this episode finds you well and gives you more of an insight into teens struggling with depression and/or anxiety.

For today’s episode we have a Kennedy cross country member in studio. He talks with our hosts about the team as a family, the great coaching, and gives words of advice for any students interested in joining. Enjoy their chat.
