Domon and the rest of the Shuffle Alliance have made it to the Gundam Fight Finals and are in for even more action as they take on new opponents and each other. Join Kentucky Fried Anime once again for the exciting conclusion of our Mobile Fighter G Gundam restrospective! The guys dig in to the finale of the Gundam Fight and beyond!
We're celebrating our 20th episode with the series that served as the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Gundam franchise! To celebrate the legendary franchise, Sunrise Studio set out to create the first Gundam show set outside the Universal Century timeline and produce the first of several alternate timeline Gundam shows. With that idea in mind we were given Mobile Fighter G Gundam! In what is perhaps the most unique Gundam series in the entirety of the franchise, G Gundam stands out not only for not taking place in the UC timeline but also for both the massive amount of Gundams and for how it stayed more into the super robot genre as opposed to the real robot genre of past Gundam shows. On this episode, the guys take you through the first half of the series from Domon Kasshu's arrival on Earth to the climactic showdown between the Shining Gundam and the Devil Gundam!
The boys are back! Welcome to the official start of Season 2 of Kentucky Fried Anime! The guys take on an absolute classic and what they consider a less appreciated arc of one of the greatest anime sagas of all time: The Saiyan Arc of Dragon Ball Z!
