This week we're taking a look at the 1996 cult classic Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood. This Wayans Brothers masterpiece is a hilarious send-up of classic "hood" films and the tropes that they created, and we'll be dissecting every quotable line and outrageous scene.

To aid us on this journey we found the perfect compliment in Hi-Wire Brewing's Sweetie's Malt Liquor. It's a delicious ale with notes of toasted, malted barley and honey. It might be a little fancier than what they were sipping on in the movie, but malt liquor is malt liquor after all, right.

Continuing our Creepy Christmas celebration this week, we take a look at the 2005 horror-comedy Santa's Slay. Goldberg stars as a demonic Santa looking to get back to his old ways and spread some holiday fear. Definitely not one for the kids, this movie has plenty of dark humor and Christmas carnage to get you in the spirit of the season.

Our beer of choice for this movie is the equally dark and festive Alpha Klaus by 3 Floyd's Brewing. A delicious Christmas porter with hints of chocolate and spices, perfect for warming you up on a cold winter night. Be careful though, this beer is strong and might just knock you off your feet like Santa himself.
